1. Place your order and track your order?
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase of the order number and the product you ordered. You can cancel your order or change the delivery information within about 4 hours from the time you placed your order. After 4 hours, your order will be processed for filing, packaging, shipping and transit time from 3-30 days depending on where you live and work. When finished, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Once your order is on the way, we'll send you an email with your order's shipping information updated. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first 1-3 days after you receive the shipping information update email. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
2. Delivery time?
All items in store may take 1 to 3 business days to process. Please add processing time to your shipping estimate below.
Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

3. What is your cancellation policy?
You have 4 hours of the same day to cancel an order and get a refund after making a purchase. If you attempt to cancel an order after you receive a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to refund you because the item has been packaged and shipped to you.
4. What is the return policy?
If your item is damaged or defective, please email us with the subject line returned: Damaged or defective item with your order along with a photo so we can immediately send you a new one or you can call our Hotline directly to complain about your order.
The return policy will only apply to items or products that are damaged by fault from the manufacturer or by the carrier. We will not make any refunds or changes after the product has been successfully delivered under normal conditions.
