Processing and shipping time?

  All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Most of our items leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days after payment. 

What countries does Olivo Electronics deliver to?

   We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • USA & Canada Orders: Delivery typically takes 05-10 days after an item ships. Orders are mainly delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service).
  • Southeast Asia: Delivery typically takes 03-07 days after an item ships, sometimes faster.
  • Europe: Delivery typically takes 15-30 days after an item ships, sometimes faster.

   Certain high demand products may have a longer delivery time. In some cases shipping time can take up to 4 weeks. Factors such as delayed logistics, holiday periods such as Christmas, weather conditions, natural disasters and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that carriers may experience. Your patience is truly appreciated. We are constantly working on improving our shipping times while keeping the same low prices for our customers. 

   We guarantee your product will arrive to you within 30 days (4 weeks) under our Buyer Protection, otherwise you will receive a full refund.

   We do not offer refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer.

   Please do not order if you need an item before an expectant date, we hold no responsibility to the couriers and the current conditions out of our control.

Custom and other duties

   Olivo Electronics, is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

   Olivo Electronics, will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.

   If the order arrives in your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • Number of attempts are made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

   Olivo Electronics reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

Proof of delivery & Responsible after delivery

   We are not responsible for item(s) being misplaced/ stolen after delivered (E.g. after delivered mailbox). We will ensure the item is delivered to your address according to information provided by the logistic company. Customers will be liable for the shipping cost if a replacement item is needed.

   We will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage to the goods during the shipment from Olivo Electronics to the location requested by you.

   You are responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt. When found damaged, scratched, broken, distorted, or wrong items. Please sign to confirm the status of goods with the forwarder and immediately notify our sales staff.

   After you have signed to receive the goods without notes or comments about the goods, Olivo Electronics is not responsible for the request for return due to damage, scratches, breakage, deformation, wrong goods, ... from you later.

Tracking number

   Email support@olivo-electronics.com and mention your order number + shipping address so our customer service team can assist you. When we are unable to provide tracking for certain international orders, our company guarantees 100% delivery to all destinations so there is no need to worry. Any missing items will be re-shipped to you, free of charge.

   For orders within North America, a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment is available upon request and normally becomes available in the system after about 7-10 business days after your package has been sent out. You may enter tracking information in this portal: www.usps.com
